The SP-15 Field Reference Manual is a compilation of ACI 301-05 and 18 related ACI committee

documents, including chapters 3 through 7 of ACI 318-05: Building Code Requirements for Structural

Concrete, and ACI reports and guides on measuring, mixing, transporting, and placing concrete; curing;

hot- and cold- weather concreting; consolidation; concrete formwork, and others.

The specifications, standards, and reports included are authorized reprints of copyrighted material of the

American Concrete Institute.

Section 1.3.3 of ACI 301-05 requires that the contractor keep a copy of this manual in the field office of

any project where ACI 301 is specified.
