This British Standard is the UK implementation of EN 558:2022. It
supersedes BS EN 558:2017, which is withdrawn.
The UK participation in its preparation was entrusted to Technical
Committee PSE/18/1, Industrial valves, steam traps, actuators and
safety devices against excessive pressure - Valves - Basic standards.
A list of organizations represented on this committee can be obtained on
request to its committee manager.
