RATIONALE
This document has a new communication protocol version number 2.00 for high flow fueling protocols, such as SAE
J2601/5. This includes a larger TV range and structured formatting rules in order to send additional information in the OD
field. The geometry requirements for the IrDA hardware are adjusted for larger receptacle/nozzles.
