SAE/USCAR-25 Revision 3由美国机动车工程师协会SAE International与美国汽车研究理事会USCAR联合制定,属于汽车领域电气连接器的人体工程学设计规范,主要内容包含连接器的装配力限制(比如手动插拔的最大力);操作时的手部空间要求;机械辅助型(如杠杆、扭锁)连接器的设计准则;兼顾电气、机械性能与环境适应性,避免操作人员因不合理设计导致疲劳或损伤。用于汽车行业的电气连接器设计、生产与装配,确保操作的便捷性、安全性与效率。
