This European Standard was approved by CEN on 7 May 2017.

BS EN 10028-3-2017 是欧洲标准化委员会发布的关于压力容器用钢扁平产品的第三部分标准，主要规定了热轧可焊接细晶粒钢（如P355GH、P275NH等）的化学成分、力学性能、交货状态及检验要求。该标准替代了2003年版本，对钢板的冲击韧性、高温拉伸性能及厚度方向性能提出了更严格的规范，适用于制造锅炉、压力容器及储罐等承压设备。符合该标准的钢材需经过正火或正火加回火处理，确保其在-20℃至400℃温度范围内具有稳定的抗拉强度和屈服强度。企业采购或出口此类钢板时，需严格对照该标准进行材质
